Overall we really enjoyed our time at the Anaheim Hotel. The grounds were very well maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was great and the inside restaurant was good as well. The hotel is very close to Disneyland which made it convenient to walk to and from. It was also very close to different restaurants and shops. The only improvement I would recommend is possibly updating the bathrooms. The shower was a little finicky but we were able to manage. We would definitely stay again.

Check in for hotel was at 4. We didn’t actually get to check in till 4:45 because the room wasn’t ready. We have two small kids so that kind of sucked. It’s close to downtown Disney but the rooms were kind of dingy and the floor smells.

The property is a short walk to the Disney parks and has easy parking. Those things alone are huge value additions. The lobby and ground da have been recently remodeled for a mid century modern look. The rooms are large and the decor is good. The only downsides are older uncomfortable beds, old bathrooms (but functional) and old glass sliding doors without screens for the patios and balconies, limiting their use. It also takes a long time to cool down a room due to an older inefficient A/C unit. So get it going and go outside to relax around a fire pit while it cools down the room. We’d go again for a single night given the great pricing and location.

I feel like it would be nice to have more accessible outlets closer to the mirrors so you can use when getting ready, for example to plug in a hairdryer or something to that sense.

We love staying here for our Disney trips! The pizza restaurant is delicious and affordable, they also offer free coffee in the morning. Also love the pool area. Overall a great stay

The bathroom left a lot to be desired. I got an accessible room and while it had been renovated the bathroom was not. The shower for one has a drain but no lip to prevent water from leaking out into the toilet area. So you have to be extra careful when showering. Speaking of the toilet, the water pressure isn’t the best… Overall the hotel’s greatest asset is that it’s near the entrance to Disneyland off of Harbor Blvd, but that’s where the “pluses” end. If you can swing another hotel that’s near this one, recommend going with those…even off they are charging $75-$100 more.

The staff was incredible! If you want quite relaxing tranquil, then this hotel is not for you. The walls are paper thin and families with little kids are loud at very early hours!

The locks on property for our door to our hotel room broke probably seven or eight times which required us to walk all the way to the front office, parked my car under a tree. They didn’t tell me there would be sap that would drip all over my car, no reimbursement,

The only reason it didn’t get five stars is because it’s an older facility. I love how they’ve committed to the 50s theme in style. It was a very nice day and great walking distance to the park.

we arrived 6am and we have a 2 year old and was hoping to get checked in early so she could have a nap after not sleeping well for the long drive over. i anticipate this would happen so have been requesting for early check in was told there would be a fee associated with this and I agreed to it. they said the would call me when a room opens up, so we waited around and never got a response but they had rooms available to book on the same day. very disappointed with their customer care and support. location and room was decsent except bathroom and floors were dirty at arrival. you can definitely hear kids running around in the hall and if they are above your room.

I enjoy staying here. They're updating the property to make it more mid century modern decor which is really cool. The staff is great! The only issue I have is the rooms sometimes look like its had some not great work done to it. An example, our shower was handicapped compliant, and the shower handle wasn't secure, they had used a wood screw to hold it together. Little things like that. Also, building 400, every time we stay in that building, has terrible water temperature. The water heater unit can't keep up and the hot water runs out extremely quick.

Halls very noisy especially mornings when guests are so inconsiderate leaving for the parks when others may still be sleeping., realize it’s not the hotel’s issue but maybe informing guests at check in and having some signage might go a long way towards people realizing being considerate of others would be appreciated.
