Very nice, it had some nice places that were walking distance. The room was clean, employees were nice. The pool was very nice. Overall nice place.

They had small children on the 3 floor, had a terrible night the first night, but they were very accommodating and moved us to the other side of the hotel for the remainder of our stay. Cute hotel.

Great place if you need a kitchen or even if you don't. Kitchen has most everything you need, could use some new fry pans is all. Nice Mediterranean atmosphere. I will always try to stay here when in the area. They take dogs too although an extra expense, kind of pricey.

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was right across the street from the Vallerta Market. We also came out to Adventure City (theme park) which was a 15 minute drive from the hotel. We brought our kids and enjoyed the pool. The room was spacious and kitchen area came supplied with dishes, toaster, microwave, stove and full sized fridge. I also had access to pans and the basic necessities to cook and clean the area. I would say the bathroom could use an upgrade as the bathtub seemed old with a bit of visible rust and the paint chipping, but otherwise functional.

We are sorry you are disappointed because we asked you to leave since you damaged several items in our rooms and your room did require extra cleaning due to your service animal in tyrainig using the balconies as a relief area. It took our housekeeping staff 2 hours more than usual to clean the room. Again, we are sorry that our hotel did not meet your expectations.

The only thing that was inconvenient is the placement of the toilet paper roll holder. It was hard to turn/twist to reach it.

Property was very clean and the staff was super friendly when my key wouldn’t let me in the room. They provided muffins and cereal for breakfast which was nice since my friend and I woke up early to tour California everyday.

Very spacious rooms, very poor breakfast. But a resort fee?? Why? That is not a resort. Nor has resort amenities. It is not a bad hotel but the area is not the best and if you are at a lower lever you can hear your neighbors above.

Super nice stay, comfy bed. Nice kitchenette. Nice vanity area with desk and mirror. Overall, super good stay! Only downside… water pressure was awful. & the bath tub/shower seems to have been a previous overlay that is coming loose. So it’s cracking and loose from the bottom. Oh & free coffee/cappuccino machine 24/7!

Quaint little place
We stayed here two nights for our Knotts Berry trip — very cute. Breakfast options were minimal. Decent pantry to purchase from. No restaurant at the facility as I saw advertised. A little dated but overall not bad.

I loved the style of this hotel and how easy it was to check in and find our room. I thought the smell of cleaning supplies was a little overpowering, but at least we had faith that our room was clean! It would have been really nice to have a sliding screen door, as we would have loved to keep the glass door open in the evening, but got a few gnats/mosquitoes that way. We also had a few loud neighbors (shouting/laughing kids), which was a little frustrating when it didn't stop for over half an hour. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will stay again if we need a place in the area.

Good Stay
Great location between Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. USB charging points in the bedroom was great. Friendly staff and grab and go breakfast was convenient when early start head to Disneyland. Free secured parking, a few minutes walking distance to supermarket and food. Will definitly stay again.

The room was great but there was a strange smell coming from the kitchen drain that filled the room. Luckily the was a store nearby so we bought some febrez. Other than that it was a good stay.
