The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class
They would not allow me to cancel my reservation after my flights through Dubai were cancelled. I had no way of getting there and requested a credit for future stay. They said no I just took my money. Thieves.
