"Beautiful lobby with great books, unique architecture. Super helpful staff. Unfortunately the bathrooms stink due to engineering issues with plumbing. We even changed our room, but the result was still the same. Not what you expect from a hotel like this. On another note, the lounge is reserved for guests in higher tier rooms. Some kind of airline like thing where you can only access facilities based on your ticket class. I did not like that at all."
