Normally I do not enjoy writing reviews, especially bad ones, but I figured I should share my experience to help others with their decision on where to stay. I chose this hotel mainly because of location and the Wi-fi.
My main problem during my stay was that the wi-fi did not work on my labtop which I needed for work, but the wi-fi did work on my iphone, One of the solutions that the front desk had was to use my data on my iphone and use a personal hot-spot. This is very expensive though if you are traveling internationally. After explaining my concerns to the front desk, I had mixed reviews that other customers had similar problems while some other front desk workers and the manager stated that they never heard of this problem.
Other problems was that the heater did not work, the shower had a leak (which got water on my suitcase on the carpet), lack of soap/shampoo and bottled water daily, and did not have my towels changed daily. Because of the leak, I used all the towels and left them on the floor, but no one came into my room the next day to change the towels or clean the room. I later found out from the manager that they clean the rooms every other day. I voiced my concerns and the hotel then changed the towels, cleaned the room the next day.
The refund process was difficult and hotel staff was poorly educated about the process. This required a manager (they only work 9AM-430PM) on weekdays, so if you have a concern you need to wait for the weekday.
