Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam
The room size was excellent however it looked like the carpet had not been hoovered and the waste paper bin was full from the previous occupants. The following day we returned to the room to find it had not been cleaned. I contacted reception who informed me that this was a Green Hotel and the rooms ...

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre
We didn't receive room cleaning service on the second day of our stay - they just replaced towels and left without making the bed or replacing necessary toiletries. In addition, location was not convenient and in my opnion should not be called city centre - it is misleading.
