It’s always lovely to stay at Ramada. Everything is walking distant. Staff is very helpful and kitchen opens till late. Food is delicious. Thanks for ur service.

Mixed experience

First room had a/c smelling of urine. Had to move at 1am to another room. The a/c was also smelly and i was recommended using an air freshener. Filter required replacement which wasnt done. Pretty much ruined ab otherwise enjoyable trip to Amritsar. No attempt to recompense for inconvenience. Get woken up by islamic prayers..not expected. Respect religions but dont shovr it in people's heads. Rooms are dated in the 1990s. On plus side: - easy to access sites and shopping - food and choice is good - staff are friendly but have to work with what theyre provided - room service is prompt

The bathroom shower was getting water from the drain line which spell a lot when I try to use it. We used the hut bathtub in the executive suite which we sending water to the drain line of the shower and spell dirty. Also, the lights switches were not working for some light on photos and lamp when we off it.

Fabulous girls overnight trip!!!

Was on a girls trip and was nervous since I had made the reservation. We were upgraded from the executive to family suite, which was a nice solution since there were 3 of us. It gave us a second room with an actual bed instead of a pull out. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant serves great food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Room service prompt.

Excellent service from all the staff- especially Jaideep and Sapna. They were both super friendly, helpful and very welcoming for the whole of our stay. Fantastic location 10 minute walk from Harmandir Sahib. Wonderful food in the restaurant.

Ramada staff is very professional. The administration staff was very helpful to book hotel shuttle as our flight was late night pickup from Amaritsar airport was excellent .I booked for two nights standard room .on arrival I was not happy with room which had no window and felt costerfobic .On expedia booking it would be helpful for people to know if they are booking room without a window. After speaking to the staff our room was changed the next day .Location is very good for anyone visiting the golden temple .

Comfortable stay in vicinity of Jallianwala Baug

Ramada Amritsar is very close - walking distance to Jallianwala Baug and Golden Temple too. Overall the was very comfortable and enjoyable but for episode of lift getting stuck 2 occasion on same floor in spite of notifying to front desk, corrective action was delayed. Box of tissue was missing in our executive Suit. After asking we were given bunch of tissues open. The electronic key card gets deactivated every 24 hrs. One needs to activate repeatedly. I would go there again as I felt comfortable and safe.

This hotel needs a facelift

This hotel is in a great location for the Golden Temple, the Partition Museum, etc. Staff were very nice and the room as comfortable. However, the food in the restaurant was awful, and the interior decoration was simply spooky: long, dimly lit halls with faux Versailles interiors, poor lighting in the rooms. I felt like I was in a mausoleum.
