I got a private room to myself and it was really big and spacious, especially with the bathroom. However, the water from the shower goes everywhere and doesn’t drain well. If you leave it overnight it mostly does. I liked the retro arcades available and is within walking distance of plaka and pysri which are the main hubs. There is a bbq place opposite which is cheap and good food if you need something to eat. They came to clean the rooms but not sure what they did as the towels were not...

Baloo Hostel is great, fantastic hostel and lovely staff. The beds are fine and facilities good. The area is not nice, with alot of drug use all over, and on the doorstep.

Great location, amazing service by the staff, well equiped, comfortable and is definitely worth all the good reviews.

First time traveling alone and this hostel really helped make it more comfortable. Plenty of people to talk to and walk around with, comfortable and clean spaces to sleep and store luggage, and all the staff was incredibly helpful.

Staff at Mosaikon hostel were very welcoming and helpful, they allowed me to store my luggage at the hostel a few days in advance whilst I traveled out of Athens. They were also really welcoming and gave me lots of suggestions of what to do / where to eat. The hostel is modern and very clean, however, I was in my dorm when housekeeping came. I noticed she did not replace the sheets of the people that had checked out and just tucked them in and folded the blanket provided. Aside from that,...

We stayed in a family room with 5 beds and found it very spacious and clean. It had hanging space and air conditioning and the shower and toilet facilities were just opposite the room. We never had to wait to use the bathroom facilities. The place felt quiet and well looked after. Any questions I had before my stay were responded to quickly. Overall we were very impressed and found the location great. Breakfast was adequate too so for a reasonably priced stay in Athens this is an excellent...

They are all amazing in every way! A dream team always helpful and friendly. As a hostel and good value of money, I didn't have high expectations. Believe it or not, I have been around the UK in many hotels with 3-5 stars but didn't find this excellent customer service or so clean and tidy room every single day. The hostel is literally in the heart of the city centre within 5 min walk for Plaka. With the train and underground 3 min walk from the hostel, you can explore Athens and many places. I...
