Comfort of room and location. I think it would be a great idea to have some kind of handrail on staircases. They are dangerous especially when carrying heavy bags.

Fantastic little town, very reminiscent of the Cotswolds in feel and style. Lots of charming pubs/inns/hotels and lovely old buildings and streets. Super clean too. Parking is not a problem either
