"Resort is excellent. All Staff is helpful and courteous. Location and ambience of property itself is amazing. Surrounding nature is beautiful. Mr. Kapil during check-in is friendly. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. Lakhan Pandit ji for face reading and palmistry is accurate. This property is a perfect match for family stay including children and highly recommended. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was friendly and the massage was really good as well. Highly recommend if you're spending a couple of days here. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating with travel help and anything else we needed. "

"Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away. Kept calling for check out even when the property was entirely vacant, looked very impatient. Food was good and the staff was somewhat helpful. They just need to be more caring towards customers. Strictly need to focus on cleanliness!! "

"Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food to arrive even after specific time requesting for Jain food before even booking. Overall not a good experience and can definitely opt for another resort at a much better rate with the same amenities"
