"Unfortunately I had to cut short the holiday as the hotel is not what I was expecting. It has no restaurant on site TV did not work WIFI was non existent The beech is a 15 minute walk The reception didn't look like one The rooms were stuffy and smelt of stale air The shower in one of the rooms did not work The road leading to the room was muddy following the monsoon with no amenities to keep your shoes clean. "Located almost on the beach, Baywatch Beach Resort offers spacious and comfortable a/c rooms with wifi, delicious breakfast and helpful and pleasant staff. Balcony and extensive garden section are a big plus for relaxation and staying outdoors. I have much enjoyed my stay! Thank you"

"Very neat hotel in the heart of Alappuzha. Close to the beach with Ocean view. Staff is friendly and prompt for any service requests. Plenty of parking. Traditional breakfast is good. Dining and room service menu is limited and not great."

"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "
