"I had a wonderful experience at Golden Marigold Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and professional. Everything was well managed, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. "Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Fort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for exploring Jaisalmer and nearby attractions. The desert trip experience was also amazing and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer!"

"Stunning property and relaxing stay "

"Super fine hotel with a good location. Very nice staff. There is not always breakfast buffet (depends on season). Would recommend. The staff is super serviceminded and Will help you with your every need"

"Expedia site does not mention that the property has no car access. You have to take a tuk tuk from a few miles away (from the car parking area). This is false advertising. Most of the staff were wonderful. I wanted to pay in cash (since I'd exchanged a bunch of foreign exchange), but they charged my credit card without my permission. With proper policies and accurate description, customers will be a bit happier with the property."

"Wasn't able to pay bill upon arrival or when I offered about 4 subsequent times. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with their communication with hotels.com Eventually I told them the amount and paid it. Also confusion about the fact that breakfast was included with the booking. Bed was very short, maybe 5ft 9 inches and my feet would hang over edge if I stretched out. "

"Room was not confirm and after reaching at we search new property and hostel staff not accommodate us"
