Alweston Trip

Unsure if Expedia or Hotel to blame - but my booking wasn't on the system on arrival so it was a half hour faff. Staff at reception was nice and sorted it in the end; but not what I needed at 11pm arrival :( Rooms a bit odd. - no side table for the bed and wardrobe so close to bed it didn't open??

Lots of room, safe, and close enough to walk to Hyde park, Buckingham palace, West End and other attractions.

Concierge Gabriel was exceptional. All staff were excellent and the hotel is lovely.

I had such a great stay at The Hoxton in Shepherds Bush. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. This was my first solo trip, and I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but one staff member, Leo, greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. His sweet demeanor and attentiveness continued to make me feel welcomed throughout my stay. This is truly great hotel for solo female travellers — I would absolutely stay here again. Also, the Wagyu Fried Rice at Chet’s was absolutely incredible!
