Room provided was different to the room advertised. Room advertised was Heritage but room provided was Sutra. This room was sun standard in build quality, it was not authentic and quality of workmanship was substandard.

My experience is never go back…
Receptionist uses very authoritative tone, absolutely no customer service skills, doesn’t even ask you to sit before pulling documents.As we had to drive 3 hours to reach, I requested to send my husband’s id after reaching room, but she is in insensitive towards our situation. Food is terrible, pathetic, nothing is fresh , edible.. some folks use dirty hands to hold serving spoon, put their fingers in the dish to taste .. very filthy… and to top it all , there is no hot water in the room, room is like a box , no ventilation, suffocating, no proper lighting … I checked in at 1 pm and checked out at 8 pm couldn’t stay longer than that...
