"The Sorat Hotel Saxx Nurnberg is perhaps the single most perfect hotel to stay in while in Nuremberg. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable to direct guest and make suggestions for the area including restaurants and activities. Morning breakfast here is simple but filling, including eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruits, and various pastries. It is a small hotel with generously sized rooms. The Highlight to this hotel is the location as it overlooks The Hauptmarkt which is the Main Market Square. It proved to be the PERFECT location as we could open our windows and look directly at The Christmas Markets which are held there every winter! Making purchases at The Christmas Markets and walking it up to the room, coming down for more and repeat! Absolutely perfect! Some of the best restaurants and The Frauenkirche is also a stone's throw from the hotel. Surprisingly enough the walls and windows are so well insulated that you cannot hear any noise from the outside including the bell that rings from the church! Basically, this is the best hotel in the city if you want to be in the heart of the city. Friendly staff, sizeable rooms, good breakfast and views that are unrivaled! The only thing missing is a gym but you are on vacation! "

"Hotel was in a great location, Christmas Markets all around, we took a private car to Rothenburg ode de Tauber for half a day and still got to see a lot of Nuremberg with all the Christmas Markets. We were there for 2 nights and 2 days. The hotel is very contemporary, clean and comfortable. Only draw back was the front desk was closed by the time we arrived shortly after 8:00 pm but they gave us very easy directions on how to get in and where to find our room keys. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
