The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the pool and having access to the beach. The food at the restaurant was okay, breakfast was good. We enjoyed the place being quite.

Me parece un lugar agradable, únicamente el tema con una persona de nombre Eduardo del restaurante, muy apático, aparte el descorche por usar hielera en la zona de palapas me parece exagerado el costo de $500 , ya que te sugieren ir a la playa ahí no hay descorche, pero en la playa no hay palapas suficientes para esta ahí solo hay cupo para 6 personas y estando en las palapas alrededor de las albercas están bien, solo que la atención del personal del bar o restaurante da mucho que desear les pedías algo de coctelería y pues no tenían ni las ganas de atender y mucho menos darte opciones, por lo del lugar bien si lo que deseas es no estar con tanta gente.

- Solo dos palapas para sombra en la playa genera que otros huéspedes se metan en el área personal de uno y eso es molesto. Faltan palapas. - El restaurante tiene poca variedad y lamentablemente no me gustó el coctel vuelve a la vida. Tardan mucho en atender en cocina, abren tarde y en mi desayuno faltaron unos chilaquiles pero al mismo tiempo me alegró que no los llevarán ya que no sabían deliciosos. Obviamente no me los cobraron. Me gustó mucho la atención de los meseros, las pilas coladas del bar y en general la estancia.

En la habitación que nos hospedamos la verdad estuvo super bien, y el personal todo bien, lo único malo es que la comida tardaba muchísimo en salir, mínimo unos 45 minutos, tienen muy poca variedad de comida y coctelería y pues si quieres ir a comer a otro lado esta mínimo a 10 minutos otro pueblo. Pero lo demás todo bien.

Cómo voy a evaluar este hotel, si ni siquiera me respetó mi reservación que eran 14.15,16 de marzo 2026 y lo peor me realizaron el cargó a mi tarjeta desdé que hice la reservación y la aplicación de Expedia no me da respuesta entonces quien tiene mi dinero que falta de respeto hacia el huésped
