"Lovely helpful staff. Changed rooms as shower had no water, next room shower drizzled and was broken in its wall fixings. Could all do with a spruce up. Really enjoyed the comfy bedroom, relaxed public area. "

"Good comfortable room, lots of tea, coffe, nice bar and lovely grounds. Probably would gave rated higher but noisy event on and was awakened by noisy people in the early hours (not hotels fault). Disadvantage is the place is like a rabbit warren and you'll need your hiking boots as rooms are far from reception."

"Every member of staff we met was very welcoming and friendly. Some nice touches for dogs staying overnight. Food was very good and great value. Comfortable room/beds and quiet despite being just off the M6. Bathroom a bit small but perhaps the consequence of being a family room and more space given over to beds. Will definitely stay again. "This is is 2nd time I’ve stopped here within the past few months. We come here this time for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We booked the garden party room plus 2 extra rooms for all of our guests to stay. All of our guests enjoyed the stay and will come back again. The most important thing is my daughter had an 18th birthday to remember. "
