Great Family Stay

We stayed 4 night, couple+3 (ages 6,10,15). The hotel is very clean and everything is in good condition. Our family room had 1 bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd room with 3 beds (one of them a bunk bed). There was a lot of storage space and the rooms are spacious. The room had only one bathroom and shower, and it’s designed in a manner that does not allow someone to use the bathroom while someone else is showering. It was a bit restricting when staying 5 people. There are a lot of activities for younger kids. Not so much to do for adolescents. Would recommend staying with kids up to 12-13. Not very suitable for 15. The food at breakfast and dinner is very suitable for children. However, for adults that are not interested in eating food as if from the ‘kids menu’-not so much. In overall we had a good time, we came so that the kids would have a good time and they did :)

Pro: alles für Kinder gemacht, sauber, geräumige Zimmer, viel Programm zur Auswahl, deutschsprachig. Contra: momentan Baustelle am Gelände, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz, Zimmer Reinigung sehr oberflächlich, nur sehr deftiges Essen.

Da wir das 2.Mal hier waren,wußten wir schon wir schön es in den dem Kinderhotel ist.Auch wenn es schon 3 Jahre her ist.Aber als wir dieses Mal unser Zimmer betraten,stande nicht nur wie gewohnt eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer,sondern auch ein Kindersonnenspray mit SPF 50 von der DM Eigenmarke.Das hat uns echt überrascht und sehr gefreut.Da merkt man gleich,das das Kind im Vordergrund steht.Und in dem Moment sagten wir,wir wussten das das ein klasse Hotel ist,aber das es so toll war und eine so super Ausstattung hat,das haben wir echt schon nach den 3 Jahren vergessen.Denn das Hotel hat auf jede Kleinigkeit geachtet und uns wieder einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert.Auch das Personal ist extrem freundlich ,sehr aufmeksam,und versprühen keine Hektik.Auch nicht beim Buffet,denn das Personal hat genug zu tun.Wir empfanden auch das sie eine angenehme Laufart haben.Das Personal läuft zügig aber in einer angenehmen Ruhe.Es hat und eher entspannt zu zuschauen wie sie die Arbeit erledigen.Denn mit Kindern ist es oft genug schon hektisch beim Essen.Übrigens das Essen war fantastisch,egal welcher Tag und egal zu welcher Tageszeit.So wie es in der Beschreibung steht wir alles eingegalten.Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Die Liebe liegt im Detail. Habe noch nie ein so durchdachtes Hotel besucht. Es ist wirklich alles da, was das Kinderherz begehrt und das Leben für die Eltern leichter macht (Buggy, Kindersessel, Babybadewanne, Babyfon,...) Jede Ecke im Haus ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Und das Essen ist einfach köstlich...

Expensive but fun place with poor dining service

I wish to give it 5 stars, I cannot. This was our second stay. The first one was 2 years ago and we had to leave prematurely due to room temperature being too high without a possibility to adjust it using the thermostat. Long story short - unless you're an exotic Cockatoo parrot bird, the room temperature shouldn't be 32 degree Celsius. They tried to adjust it twice but they couldn't. Next day we checked out and lost 2 nights we paid in advance. This time we decided to give it another shot and voila, the room temperature was "only" 26 degree but we were still not able to adjust it using the thermostat lolz. I tried to use the AC to cool it down but it wasn't working so we ended up sleeping with window wide open. Thanks god we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and our kids (2 & 4) had no problem sleeping in heated room. The conclusion here is, if you used to sleep in 20-22 degrees like normal human being, then don't pack your pajamas :) Other than that, the 2 bedroom apartment was nice, updated with new furniture. The only detail housekeeping was missing each day was the dust under the table. My 2 year old crawled under it once and came out looking like a junkie, with dust, leftovers... and spider nets in his hair. Looked funny but it was gross. In common dining area the food selection was massive. The food was tasty was but unfortunately the dining room staff was very poor, in terms of service. Would highly recommend some training.

Családi nyaralás

Egyedülálló családi szálloda Magyarországon. Picik-kicsik és kiskamaszok számára is rengeteg programmal kültéren és beltéren egyaránt. Szuper a konyha, kényelmesek az apartmanok, és minden gyerekbarát. Csak ajánlani tudom családosoknak!!

Super Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel ist super auf Familien mit Kindern, ausgerichtet. Es gibt viel zu tun, und auch die Umgebung bietet gute Ausflugsziele. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl plus eine integrierte Kinderecke. Die Pools waren sehr gut und auch für verschiedene Altersklassen. Allein die Kirchenglocken um 21/22 Uhr waren etwas störend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wider. Es war bisher das beste Familienhotel wo wir waren.

We enjoyed a lot from staying at the hotel. It was excellent for the children and therefore for us. Few things we didn't like was that they charge money for tap water in the dinning room, in evening time and second, variety of the food in the dinning room.

Mooi hotel, een paradijs voor kinderen!

Dit hotel is met kinderen een absolute aanrader! Het is een mooi aangelegd park, schoon, lekker eten. Er zijn verschillende leuke speeltuintjes, grote trampoline's, een klimbos, skelterbaan, binnenspeeltuin, zwembad, thermaalbad, Welnesscentrum. In het restaurant staan 2 enorme kinderboksen, zodat ouders rustig kunnen eten.De ligging is ook ideaal, slechts 2 km vanaf het leuke stadje Heviz en vlakbij het mooie Balatonmeer. Het enige wat ik jammer vond, maar te begrijpen omdat er veel jonge gezinnen zitten dat alles om 22.00 afgelopen is. Er is dan geen barretje meer open, het avondentertaiment is ook alleen maar op kinderen gericht. Een paradijs voor kinderen!

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren mit unseren Kinder (2,7) für vier Tage im Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,weil die Kinder im Mittelpunkt stehen und es ganz viele Spielmöglichkeiten für sie gibt.

Perfect family hotel

My two daughters truly enjoyed the stay at this family hotel, and this was a little troubling for me as we did not feel like going out and exploring the neighborhood.

Great for kids

Took wife and two kids here and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Plenty for the kids to do and lots to do in the surrounding area.
