What an excellent resort! The staff were incredibly helpful and the shuttle service to Universal theme parks was elite! We checked out feeling like we should have booked a longer stay. Would want to come back again.

Nothing beats the level of convenience to the airport. Rooms are large and felt spacious. Happy to have a couch as well in the room to relax on. Rooms are slightly dated but very clean. Skip the restaurant in the hotel (Mccoys). You are better to go into the terminal for food. Expensive and poor ...
