"Hotel is very big and is situated above the train station. We were sold an upgraded room on check in, which we were told was a newer room and was on the 6th floor. The room was pretty good, with no noise from the station or street below. There was insufficient space and sockets for a proper area for the kettle and coffee pod machine, which made it fiddly to use. Bed and shower were great. Reception staff were very helpful and breakfast buffet was very good. Roof terrace with bar was lovely. The downside was the room servicing. On one day they put dirty cups in the room, they didn't top up the tea and coffee for 3 nights and one day they removed cups and didn't replace them at all. Each time this happened we had to go to reception to resolve it, which they did very helpfully. I think all they did was make the bed and empty the bin."
