The hotel is in a very convenient location with beautiful views to the mountains, close to the Metro and restaurants, and within a 25 minute walk to museums, parks and other landmarks. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts delicious and the room very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have a refrigerator and the hotel has a strict policy of charging you for an extra day (at a higher rate than paid online) for a late checkout of 5 hours, even after staying at the hotel for an entire week. The hotel has a comfortable lobby with a bar and snacks and access to fast WIFI. I will stay here again when I visit Almaty next year.

View from the room was good. Water in bathroom was in good temperature. Staff at reception could not be worse . They shifted the breakfast timing without letting us know and due to which we could not take breakfast before our flight. They shifted it by 1 hour 30mins. Sad reception staff.

I had very bad welcome experience as booked taxi through hotel to pick me up from airport at 2 AM in morning but driver said one bag each passenger is too much baggage will not take us to hotel even I talked to hotel but they told me to take 2nd car & then I had to take new taxi
