"It is clean, comfortable, and staff are nice. shops are nearby but I think some of them close early. Overall, it is good. I will stay again if price is right. It is close to the Kent state University. "

"Maybe make the room smells clean. Carpet needs shampoo. Breakfast was not that great. "

"The attendants at the desk were friendly and helpful. I had to get the attendant to come help me. I have a c-pap machine that needed to be plugged near the bed. The outlet was under the bed. He was able to climb under to reach it. My niece came in after I fell asleep and had to crawl under the bed too to plug in her phone. So if you need the outlet near the bed bring a long extension cord or 10ft charger cord which I did happen to bring mine and plug into the outlet across from the bed. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable."
