"I had booked the quadruple room which showed four beds in the photos. Upon check in, they informed me that the quadruple room fits four beds, but comes standard with two and I would need to pay extra to have additional beds in the room for my two children. The room was quite small, so I opted to have three beds total instead, and was charged an additional 45,000 yen for my 8 night stay for the rollaway bed. The only negative is that there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from turning the heating off and opening the window. "Location was very close to the Iyotetsu train station and located on a very big mall with lots of things to do and lots of good restaurants. The morning breakfast was excellent but not as good as the Dormy in Wakayama but still good. Free washes with 100 yen dryer and free popsicles and drinks at the onsen was nice.
