Very nice hotel in the centre of Budapest and within easy distance of various attractions. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze.

The room was actually clean, when i mean clean, i mean Pristine with care. This is the only Hotel where i really felt they cleaned it well. The people were very polite and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay, and look forward to staying next time too!

The front desk staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. We were given a room upgrade and free glass of wine upon arrival. Extremely satisfied with the quality of this hotel and it's staff.
