Our only criticism is that after dropping an item that went under the bed we moved the bed to retrieve the item to find a lot of debris liked popped balloons and a few big balls of fluff. "A clean room and comfortable beds for reasonable fees in this beautiful and fascinating Victorian building. Breakfast in their restaurant was hearty and delicious and totally worth it. Location is close to Tube and buses, easy walks. All staff was friendly and helpful. That said the doors are all very substantial and you hear people opening and closing doors at all hours. Overall A- and I would definitely stay here again."

"We were greeted by a lovely friendly man on reception and were in our room quite quickly. The room was large and airy. It was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a little tired and the whole room would benefit from a refresh. It is perfectly placed for an event at Wembley. The bus goes from just across the road and Greenford station is a 15 minute walk away. We were disappointed that the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 8.30 but we ordered takeaway and ate it in the bar."
