The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure. I did have an issue with a cold shower on my final night, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo! "

Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."
