Stylish spa hotel, with great accommodation and beautifully manicured gardens. Even has its own man made beach in the grounds in addition to the pool area. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The hotel was exactly as it appeared in the advertising and didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was beautifully appointed and clean. Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

The hotel was really lovely. Very spacious rooms. Staff were super helpful. Pools need heating at this time of year but after the initial shock they were ok once you were in and kept moving! Roof top bar was lovely. Really nice local Italian five mins walk away called Il Borgo. All of the rooms are suites with a lounge area with a sofa and chairs plus door to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a bar and excellent restaurant.

Spacious, quiet and beautiful hotel in a former convent. Tastefully and sympathetically converted, peaceful gardens and pool, beautiful open courtyard. Some of the best dining in town. Staff were exemplary, friendly and highly skilled. Wifi was good and male parking for guests. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful location ,beautiful grounds and excellent food and facilities

Very high standard of service. Simple but high quality rooms with extremely comfortable 5 star standard beds, pillows and sheets. The restaurant is surprisingly good and they cater for gluten intolerances. You can use the beach shuttle from the Hilton across the road to the gorgeous Falesia beach with beach club. As a single traveller I felt very welcome here and liked the quiet pool area. Reception staff are charming and helpful. Very good value and well located hotel.

Suitable for small family units with young children. Sounds snooty to say but no riffraff here- everyone is well turned out in tailored shorts/summer dresses etc. Not many tats, football tops, or larger drinking 'here mate' riffraff. The parents appear middle class hard working- podgy dads with trophy wives and the kids are called Emily, charlotte, Henry, Sebastian etc. (I laughed at the pool). This was a great hotel apartment with excellent facilities, particularly those travelling with young children. The apartment had a modern kitchen, huge dining/living area, bedroom for the kids with their own toilet/shower and a master on-suite bedroom. Plus a decent balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were on the whole friendly and spoke good English. The facilities were very good, with plenty of sunbeds around the pool and an indoor heated pool for young children

Relaxing weekend with excellent spa experiences. Nearby restaurants in the marina. I preferred the marina view to the sea view. 30 min to albufeira and airport

This is a lovely resort, well kept and plenty facilities for all. The resort has a traditional feel to it because of the décor. All staff were very attentive and friendly throughout the hotel.
