"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

"The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. "

"The host was great with communication from before check-in till after we checked out. We loved that we had the option to hire the house cleaner to cook for us as well and she made us breakfast each morning. This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. There was no Internet on the TV and they told us that none of the TVs had Internet – can you believe that ? very high priced considering I had an almost 50% discount and still was high priced. "We stayed 2 weeks in the Villa Franca room, which is HUGE. (Friends stayed in other rooms with mixed results… one is right beside the check in desk. Bed was comfortable. Closet in bathroom offered good storage. Breakfast on rooftop every morning was wonderful. Staff in hotel and restaurant were lovely. Great location close to cathedral. Things to consider: hotel is tricky to get to. Sidewalk turns to stairs that bring you down to the front door. Traffic, church bells and fireworks can be noisy—bring earplugs. There was a light sewage scent in the bathroom."

"I cannot say better things about this hotel and the service!! First of all, the hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are beautiful! Very “San Miguel de Allende”. Secondly, the staff was beyond amazing! We were there during the time the cartel leader was killed in Jalisco so people and tourist around the Mexico were a little on edge. The staff made sure to keep us informed of any news that came up and got in touch with drivers who had driven to Leon to confirm the roads were safe for us to drive to the airport. Really appreciated all the support and everyone was super nice!"
