The beds were comfortable and the room had everything needed for a short stay while visiting Santander. The hotel also offers a convenient location for exploring the city and the surrounding area. "Had to put the heating on when I arrived as the room was very cold. The decor was very old, paint peeling and skirting loose. The washbasin was clean, hairs on it and the water from the tap was just a dribb. Having a shower was difficult as when you held the shower head up the water stopped altog. At the garage, the hotel advertised the price as €12 when it was actually €17. "
