"The room was clean & tidy. I couldn't cool the room down unfortunately as the AC didn't seem to blow cold air but I just opened the window so it was OK. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was great!!! A very good selection! This hotel is very good if you are arriving in Milan via the central station as its about a 5-8 minute walk away. There did not seem to be much soundproofing of the rooms which is probably the only real complaint. Over all, I enjoyed my stay here."

"Decent location and quick to get to city and train stations. But too noisy can hear everything that’s going on. Doors banging, water systems Slept 2 hours in 2 nights. Made a big mistake staying here. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other choice. "

"Excellent location, only 3 minutes walk from Central Station and nice restaurant opposite front door.Deluxe room was also Excellent with a balcony, good breakfast choice and friendly staff, 5 stars all round, would definitely stay again."
