"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "I booked this hotel for its leisure facilities but unfortunately the pool gym sauna and other amenities were all closed on the day of my stay due to an issue. My bedroom door also didn’t lock at all and anyone could easily open it without a key card. I hadn’t realised this until the next morning and I probably wouldn’t have stayed if I had. The furniture was all very old and tiered looking worn and it desperately needed modernisation. Pillows were very uncomfortable and gave me a sore neck. I never moan at little things and try and resolve things directly but there was so many things wrong that it all really got to me."
