Everything seemed clean and orderly-except for the floors. They really needed a good mopping. But we loved staying at the Imperial. We ended up staying on our way out as well as on our way back. Loved the laundry facility and that it was free to use! We will definitely stay there again!

Check in was easy and the staff member behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working but not a big deal. Sandia Resort And Casino
Staff and service was excellent. Rooms were nice and very clean. My biggest complaint is the pool was closed and that was not mentioned on their website, our one main reason we picked the property so kids were pretty bummed. Overall, would still recommend and stay again.
