The place is very rundown. The kitchen is falling apart. The air conditioner did work but is very dirty. I used the phone to call front desk as the tv remote wasn’t working- I don’t think the phone had been cleaned in weeks. Walked to get new batteries for the remote- still didn’t work. The room was ok. The location was good for the shuttle bus to the air balloon pick up.would not stay again.

Our room was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s generally pretty quiet here and they allow your pets. The front desk. Ladies are fantastic and the security is very professional. Cece the housekeeper is amazing.

The room was decent, good for the price, above average overall. The room was basically good, bathroom very clean, but the corners were a little run down, but not nasty. Air conditioner struggled, but worked and it was quiet and safe. The woman working the desk was incredibly helpful and very nice.

On the positive side, there were no bugs and the employees were very nice and apologetic about problems. Location to the Balloon Fiesta was also a plus. However, the bad over-road the good! We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. Both rooms were bad. Room #1 had the following issues: Bed frame was broken, no pillowcase on one of the pillows, fire alarm was missing with bare wires hanging out, towel bar in the bathroom was missing, ceiling fan in the bathroom did not work, refrigerator door tray was broken, light bulb was missing in one lamp, no hair dryer, and floors were filthy. Room #2 had a few less issues, but still unacceptable: Floors were filthy, fire detector was not working, room keycard kept cancelling when we were gone and had to go to the office to get fixed to get into room, and the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. The towel exchange process for both rooms was ridiculous. When we wanted clean towels, we took the old ones to the office to get clean ones. No problem with that, but they said they would send the towels to us. Each time, it took several hours to get the towels and they would not enter the room without us there. One day we finally left and when we got back, we went to the office where they had held them for us. We stayed for 3 nights and had already paid up front, so we were stuck with staying there. We will NEVER stay at this motel again!! It was a lousy ending to an otherwise great trip.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Property was run down, rooms had a weird smell, beds were lumpy, ac was cracked, shower/ tub was patched up with plaster as well as the ceilings, smoke detector was disconnected, rooms were not easy to find, didn't feel very safe, took 20-30 minutes to get checked in. We will definitely not be staying there again.
