Very nice stay!

This hotel is undergoing renovations; however, we had a nice quiet stay. We enjoyed the excellent coffee and good breakfast and free level 2 EV chargers on the property which gave us a full charge to continue our journey. Thanks so much!

Very busy motel during the Ballon Fiesta. The staff was friendly and patient. And the breakfast was pretty good as these things go. But the room itself was not particularly clean and the bathroom was pretty rough. Giant lumpy pillows too.

This hotel basically ruined my entire vacation - had water leaking down wall from room above - door was hard to open and close - no supplies with coffee maker - smelled of paint fumes and noise from remodeling on entire floor - went to hospital for allergic reaction to bed bug bites - moved to new room with clogged toilet - elevator was out for 2 days - no room service as claimed - ice machine on 3 floors did not work - woken up to fire alarms - and that was the good parts of the stay

Great deal and great place!

We were very impressed with all of them amenities, such as the pool, the hot breakfast buffet, and the friendliness of the staff. I was especially impressed with the text and email personal communication, both prior to, and during our stay. As a tip, be sure to get the mountain view room. It's wonderful to wake up to in the morning.

I was really looking forward to using the indoor pool and when checking in and asking what time the pool closed I was told it was being renovated and was closed. That information was not announced when booking. We got to the room given to us first and once entering a huge bedbugs gave us the welcome. Good thing is that they were courteous enough to change our rooms right away on another floor. The staff was very courteous and approachable and breakfast had several options

Room itself was clean and tidy upon arrival but we had issues with mosquitos in the room and gnats coming up out of the sink over our 2 week stay. Housekeeping only came by twice so we took our own trash out most days and didn’t have fresh towels or sheets. That said, all staff members we encountered were very polite and respectful.

The hotels appearance was slightly rundown with some of the outside door access not working well. The beds were very comfortable and having a balcony was nice to be able to go outside. The rooms were just old. Some of the mechanics of the room had problems like plugs, bathrooms, and the cable went out a couple of times. The breakfast hit the spot. All the things you needed, and eco friendly as they could be. The staff was always wonderful.

The bathroom was filthy. It had a red substance stuck in the floor and the sink and counters looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. The carpet was dirty and had debris scattered all over it. The beds were clean and comfortable.
