"The W Algarve delivered all it ‘said in the tin’ and then some. For those like me who are always skeptical when reviewing the hotel provided pictures, I can say that the rooms, the surrounding, the facilities, and the pleasant staff are exactly as described and portrayed. I needed a end of summer refreshing retreat and break for my family of five and it delivered from the moment we walked in to our final goodbyes! Perfect way to end the summer break. Thank you W! "
"Beautiful hotel. Superb main pool and also adults only pool area. Excellent spacious spa area with lovely free form indoor pool and large sauna and steam room. Lots of space both inside and outside so even when full there was plenty of opportunity to find quiet areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Alberto at reception. Would highly recommend."

Cons: So, MANY, damn kids, strollers, smokers, and a plethora of Brits everywhere you go. Felt like UK 2.0 had taken over Portuguese culture. No exclusive adults / over 21 areas available. Kids/strollers + smokers in champagne bars, restaurants."
