There was nothing good here. Had hundreds of bugs in the bathroom come out of the wall, stained sheets and towels, staff didnt vacuum or clean rooms at all. Not even the lobby or halls, the shower had mold and was never cleaned, the faucet was leaking 24/7, the tv did not work properly, their free breakfast consisted of cold coffee and a single choice of cereal. They also have a no refund policy. Beware.

This place is horrible! Filthy! Carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in years, plants all dead, garbage in parking lot, smells like chemical bombs to hide smoke smell in the room. The one and only person at the front desk had 0 personality. His computer is so old it takes 20 minutes to check you in and then even more when you leave to get your $50 deposit back. The health department should shut this place down.

I’ve stayed in some questionable places over the years, but this was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed. I’m not even sure the room was cleaned after the last people. The sheets and pillow cases were stained (I hope stained not still dirty), the floors were dirty enough I kept my socks on, the tub was gross, there was a wad of paper over the peep hole, the walls had stuff on them, the chair looked like it was picked up off a street corner, the ice machine had what looked like mould in it and the whole building smelled and was in disrepair. I ended up bringing in my own sleeping bag to sleep in. “Breakfast” was stale bread, packaged oatmeal, bulk cereal, and a bit of fruit. I didn’t trust the coffee to try it. Downtown Albion was incredibly nice, and I’d love to come back but NEVER at this hotel.

There were dirty sheets on the bed. Cobwebs on the walls. Big, long pot holes at the entrance and exit of the property. The door would not open with key card. I left a shirt on a hanger and when I called back, conveniently they said it was there. I would like to attach pictures of the dirty sheets and cobwebs on the walls if possible. Please tell the housekeeper to enjoy my $100 Harley Davidson flannel shirt.
