"room was dirty. the fridge did not work, lighting was dark, and there was no conditioner. the front desk clerk at check in was rude. the only window faces the indoor pool and other rooms so they were kept shut for privacy. the only positive is that it was quiet. the pictures on the site are deceiving. "

"Staff were SO nice. Specifically the gentleman who checked me in - I wish I had gotten his name to recognize him. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious (king suite). Location was great for oilers game, but a few questionable people lingering since the hotel is connected to the downtown sky walk / mall. "
