Glad we selected this place, as they left us little to complain about. Good size room, though we would have liked for the living area to be a couple feet wider. Most everything in the room worked well, except the fridge, where everything that was put in there would freeze. Good breakfast. Lots of luggage carts, so one was always available when needed. The HVAC worked well. We were always able to find an open parking space, which is a plus. Only 5 minutes from the airport terminal. We would definitely choose to stay here again if in the area.

My family had a wonderful experience here. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, and our kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We were at the property from Tues. May7th until Fri. May 10th. We had traveled to Albany for a funeral. Upon arriving the room was clean everything was fine.We left for the wake on Wed. and came back to the room in the evening and nothing had been touched. Beds unmade, wet towels on the floor and no clean towels. I called the desk and was told that the cleaning staff was gone but they would send up clean towels. Went to the funeral on Thurs and when we came back to the room again nothing was cleaned. Called the desk was told it was 4:31 but they would get someone to at least take and replace the towels. A young lady did show up after 5:00 and did a great job. At every call I was told that if we left the do not disturb sign out they would not enter the room. I told them we didn't even have a sign to put on the door. All in all a not so great expedrience at Homewood Suites. Way too much money to pay for the room for the lack of service.

Really good value. Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and clean. Free breakfast was one of the best I have had and whenever anything ran out on the buffet they had it immediately refilled.

The breakfast hostess Shelly was such an awesome person. And it was nice of the GM to let me pay with cash as I left my card at home. But I was reminded so many times about me paying with my card and not cash that I wasn’t happy due to the fact that it was my birthday .and it made me feel very uncomfortable . From the time I walked in and had to wait 30mins with my children to wait for an answer if I couldn’t or could’ve paid cash to stay or be disappointed. I was also reminded about my card after breakfast and checked out. My tip to front desk is not to make guests feel sad or uncomfortable when someone’s birthday is the same day they checking in. You always want to make it pleasant and help the guest’s the best they can and leave a welcoming impression so they can come back again ;)

The property was clean and accessible to everything. My only issue was the shower’s sliding door did not close properly. It was hard to slide and came off the track. Needs to be repaired. My overall stay was good. Everyone was very nice and professional
