Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!

Reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do more to ensure we had a great stay. Hotel itself is nice with good decor and facilities. Private beach is a bonus but didn’t use too much as was too pebbly for me, would prefer sand but personal preference. Position of hotel is great for everything, especially the views of the sunset. Overall would recommend.

This property definitely worth its stars. A splendid boutique hotel run by a nice young family, which they went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Although I didn’t have breakfast included, I was offered coffee and sweet snacks as crepes or cake in the morning. It’s on a beautiful paved street, which was not too crowded or noisy at night and very close to the beach. They run a grill restaurant downstairs with very good food. Definitely recommended, this palace is fantastic. Thank you

The property was in an excellent location - very near the promenade, and close to all the meeting points for trips. The breakfasts were amazing - varied and huge portions! The property was very clean with excellent air conditioning. But the highlight was the lovely family who run it - so kind and helpful, and couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend, and if I'm lucky enough to go back to Saranda would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is lovely and staff is very nice.

Every single point was excellent. We stayed in suit room with 3 kids. There were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and very big balconies. Location was great. 2-3 minutes to beach and many restaurants and coffee shops. Free parking available. Pali is a great person who suggested us some markets, beaches and restaurants. Super easy communication. If I visit Saranda again, I definitely stay here.

This place is a little gem with stunning views of Saranda and the sea from the rooftop terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, you get the vibe that this is a family run business that puts great service at the heart of everything. We had a really lovely experience at the property. The place was very clean and well maintained and had all the facilities needed in an apartment. We stayed in apartment number 11, which had a fridge a microwave washing machine and all the utensils we needed. The owner of the property was himself really nice as well. Really loved the place. If I visit Sarande again, I will definitely stay here.

Great location for walking around. Rooms are compact but comfortable and very clean. Lovely helpful staff at breakfast and on reception.

The couple who’s running the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, and they have the cutest little dog. The mountain and sea view is breathtaking! Quiet, perfect for resting to recover from another day of Albanian adventures.

Great location. Bus stop less than a 5 minute walk. Very close to several beaches. Loads of restaurants and bars near by. Breakfast was delicious at a nearby restaurant. Facilities were great. Aircon was very good. 100% would recommend.

This is an amazing place to stay, staff are exceptional, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The property and rooms were spotless, rooms are very good size, had fantastic working AC and above all breathtaking views.

Near the center of attractions and accessible to everything.As a solo traveler,I am so happy they have the emergency bell in the washroom incase I slip or trip. Highly recommended and lovely place.
