"The entire staff was lovely. Professional and courteous. One person stand out though. My service dog was hospitalized before we checked in, Melayna at the desk was friendly and kind. I felt seen and like my comfort was important to her. She didn’t over question about nor ignore my situation. Our room was spacious and clean. We will return to this hotel!"
