"Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't able to be used at the time and the room phone didn't work. But the front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. Our itinerary said our check in was at 3pm, the hotel had changed that to 4pm a few months before. They got us checked in at about 3:10pm, as soon as the room was available. The room was clean, with very nice amenities. Coffee, with bottled water! Even makeup wipes, which was great, as I forgot to pack mine. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"The included breakfast was nice, but I would have preferred a waffle iron over the pancake machine. I suppose many people like the coffee machines which grind the beans and brew an individual cup, but it really makes getting coffee during a busy time very slow."
