"We had an excellent time here! It was low season, so everything was peaceful and quiet. We originally booked a deluxe room, but they kindly upgraded us to a larger one, which was a lovely surprise. Housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was included — a nice, traditional Turkish breakfast with something a little different each morning. It was great value for money. If you’re planning to stay at Alacati Marina palace it’s best to have a car, as there isn’t much public transport to the town centre. Taxis are available, but some charge quite a lot for short distances. On our departure day, we had an early flight and booked a taxi, but it got cancelled last minute. Thankfully, the manager went out of his way to drive us to the airport himself — such a kind gesture! (It’s about an hour and fifteen minutes away.) On our first day, the hotel recommended a nearby fish restaurant called Freddy Baba. The food was fine but nothing special, and we found it quite pricey for two people only a grilled fish and some mezze we paid £100— though of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway! "

"Spa was the biggest disappointment - hamam (steam room) was without steam, jacuzzi with tepid water of 33 degrees Celsius and sauna was off until we showed up so had to wait almost an hour to get temperature to 80 degrees. Polite but helpless spa attendant and hotel staff. "

"We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated ."

"Another Amazing Stay! This was our second year staying at this hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint! The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a premium room, which was a wonderful touch—especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The pool, beach, and water slides were absolutely fantastic and kept our little one entertained for hours. Whether you're traveling with kids or not, this hotel has something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation experience!"
