"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice location close to everything you would need. However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!"

"The hotel was perfect for my family of four for a short stay. the location is very convenient. The hotel is clean and quite. The staff are very friendly and the reception desk were very kind and quick during check in and out. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I will visit dammam."
