"We stayed for one night, entire staff was really great, room was very clean, food was great and our stay was comfortable."

"The room was spacious, breakfast restaurant had a wide variety with live egg/omelette station. The swimming pool and bar section is great for westerners with Live music / DJ and sports screenings. The kids games area is also a great area to keep kids entertained. Parking is free and the hotel is located close to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. International multilingual staff provide great service. The museum located inside the hotel was closed. "

"This is a challenge when you book through 3rd party. I booked a room with 5 occupancy capacity with breakfast only to be told the breakfast only applied to the person that booked. I’ve been in too many hotels. Never once was I told I have to pay for breakfast separate for each occupant. Also, the “suite” is somewhat low standard. I requested for a microwave as I was with family, but they said no. Even bigger hotels will provide microwave in a suite, especially for a family with children. I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip and I could categorically say this was the worst. Not worth it. "
