The service at the Club Lounge, particularly from Thomas, was impeccable. Thomas surprised me with thoughtful gestures that truly enhanced my stay, making me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, Ayush was always available to address any concerns or assist with any requests which was appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, and the beach access provided a serene retreat. Moreover, its convenient location allowed for easy access to the metro, Lagoona Mall and the Pearl which I enjoyed. The beds and A/C were comfortable, and I enjoyed the spacious balconies. The WIFI also worked great, with individual router points in each room."

"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion.
