Not my first experience with Royal Meridian Doha I’ve stayed here on November 22. Experience is so similar although I was staying in the explorer suite this time which is very spacious nicely decorated. The layout was very good clean convenient. Le royal Meridian has nothing extra to offer as a five star hotel in Doha, where are usually 5 Star Hotels thrive to exceed your expectations, the main advantage of the hotel is the artistic style, location and most important attaching to vendom Palace. Food is just regular nothing extra, no special amenities, staff are welcoming nothing special about them they might chat nicely with you if you open conversation but in general very preserved. Will stay in Royal Meridian again if I need to be attached to the mall and if the price is little bit less ——-

Great 2 Day Trip-Must Stay Location

Stay was okay was not to please to find out the spa had no workers available for work. The staff was amazing really helped my family feel comfortable while visiting. My son celebrated a birthday and he was spoiled with cakes from the staff. Ms Ashley was great, I see why alot of reviews speak highly of her. Sales Agent wasn't available to show a potential client quotes for long term stay so that was a turn off also. The hotel is very nice but the sad part is all staff don't give you the 5 star treatment you paid for. So I think over time that can get better, the restaurants from the Sports Bar, The Itilian Restaurant and the breakfast buffet was excellent the staff went above and beyond to make sure they give you details about the menu and options you have. I love this place!

A beautiful hotel poor attitude and management

Poor, late being able to check in given the wrong room so made to wait 3 hours in a temporary room for the one we booked. Hot water pressure none took over 90 minutes to fill a bath. Breakfast was shambles over an hour for a 2 egg omelette and arrived cold, staff scared and prioritise anyone local over an expat theb asked to extend room by an hour, due to problems evening before nothing. Not even offered to pay for an extra hour.
