"Hotel was very clean and new , room was comfortable , our partial Kaaba view room was perfect but unfortunately hotel is far from Haram . Shuttle service is not good when it comes to coming back from haram to hotel , won’t recommend it to for young children and elderly people . Please work on good shuttle service ."

"Me and my husband stayed in the Hilton suites hotel for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the welcome greetings of the front desk to the great service of the house keeping to the breakfast buffet and their nice staff and the restaurant staff and I don’t want to forget the amazing view of the hotel seeing the masjid Al Haram Everything was great and I will definitely plan to visit again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"That was very bad experience this time We paid for deluxe room we got a regular room Non body was taking care of this issue we were Bouncing between Expedia and the property who can fix the issue we ended up by staying ( not our choice ) Expedia taking time to respond and time running out Hopefully they give us a refund for the inconvenience Room service was horrible Staff not professional Communication between staff very slow sorry I being negative but this is not the HILTON we know...

"This hotel is amazing. At a walking distance from the haram. I booked dinner too - the variety of food is huge and quality of food is great. Staff at the hotel is friendly and respectful. They even upgraded our room when came to know that it was our first ever visit to Saudi Arabia and the first ever Umrah."
