"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. "Good hotel about a two minute walk to a Metro Station and a huge supermarket. Comfortable room with fast WiFi and a smart TV. About 40 minutes on the Metro to KAFD, where you can change onto another line to the Airport. Will stay here again when I return to Riyadh!!"

"Claudio @ four points were very accommodating and also the receptionist were very generous, I asked for bottle water I was given more than I asked for .. the hotel is close to Al batha so food is not a problem . It has Starbucks inside the hotel . I hope I could have book more days here . So A++ for awesome"

"Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! "
