"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun.
A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way too cold. Secondly, the safari should be included in the stay. The resort is advertised with the safari and it should include this experience for the guests staying at the hotel free of charge. Not a big deal but perhaps a few extra club carts as it would take upwards of 15 mins at times to get a cart to take you around the resort.
I would recommend the resort to our family and friends but will caution them of the few drawbacks."
