"Fabulous hotel with rooms dating back to 14th century lovingly restored by the owner. Unfortunately the shower in my room was in the process of being replaced so I had to use my friends room to shower, but the owner was keen to make this right.... he offered me a partial refund but apparently this isn't possible when you use hotels.com. I asked hotels.com to contact him to see if this could be arranged, but they said they tried but couldn't get in touch with him, which frankly I find hard to...
